We are always testing new products that may fill a customer’s need and make sure they meet our standards before offering them. We are a small company that focuses on customer service first. Our Products
We have a broad selection of devices available. We offer devices and software platforms from different manufacturers. We test each product before we offer them for sale and we ensure that they meet our standards. Since we have a tiered selection of products, we make sure that even our low teir products work well on our platforms. We check for durability, stable connectivity and audio quality. The audio quality is a product of the device and the network. Since we use the carrier’s data network, voice quality is good to very good, but not as good as a cell phone’s audio. This allows for expanded coverage and lower cost of the device.
We do not brand our radios, as we try to be transparent of the manufacturers country of origin.
We only use the ATT data network. We have found it provides the best quality and overall coverage. We experience very little downtime on out networks, but we cannot claim 100% connectivity. There are times when the platform that handles our service goes down but for a very brief time.
